AskiaField 5.5.3
If you're skipping a few AskiaField versions, please don't forget to read the various "What's New" pages:
There are relatively few visible features, but a significant amount of underground work to improve stability and to add some functions to the CCAAPI. So for the visible features, here is what is new in 5.5.3:
Option to delete user data
A GDPR feature > the ability to delete survey user data, based on the phone number and/or email address.
The first step is to define, in the Task properties window, which questions from your survey contain the telephone number and/or the email address:
Then, from the ribbon menu > Extra, click on the "Find Interviews" icon:
That will open a window where you can perform your search, based on phone number or email address:
That will scan all survey data, where you have set a phone and/or email address. From the list returned by the search, you have two possibilities:
> Delete: It will completely remove the data for this user on the selected survey.
> Modify: It will open the modify interview window on this specific interview.
Setting for disabling scheduled task when duplicating a list
When you duplicate a sample list, it also duplicates all the settings for the sample, including the scheduled tasks, in the state they are in (mostly enabled).
We have added a new setting in CCA Settings > Lists: Disable all schedules when duplicating a list: Yes/No (No by default).
TLS SMTP connections are allowed
Our SSL/TLS library has been updated and now, you are able to connect to your SMTP server through TLS.
Simply enter the TLS port used by your SMTP provider.
IP Address encryption
By default, the IPAddress field is now encrypted into SQL survey data:
The IP address will be only visible when exported.
Statistic_Mail table
We have added a new Statistic table: Statistic_Mailing. It contains every email sent from CCA in any way: mailing from list, from find/edit contact, or send email routing.
Fields you can find in this table:
MailId | |
EmailAddress | |

"Always" option in Allow over Target
We have added a new option in the "Allow over Target" column in the quota window: Always. This allows you to ignore the quota (including the sample list quota) whilst keeping the information for the quota targets.
Additionally, the "Allow over Target" default value for all new surveys can be set into the Survey default properties, in the Quota tab, in the drop down menu for "default value for allow over quota":
Support for multiple CLIs for outbound groups
New feature added in CCA 5.5.3.55 version from 6/10/2023.
Now, you have the ability to declare multiple CLIs on the outbound group properties and set an order to apply them (randomised/rotated).
AskiaFace Windows version and Jupiter
Since AskiaFace version 5.5.3.8, you can fully use ADP, ADC and live routings on AskiaFace Windows surveys.
When updating an existing version or installing a new computer with the AskiaFace setup, Node.js will be installed on the machine, exactly as it does with AskiaVoice or AskiaDesign.
