Dominique Goichon -- Dominique has provided consulting to the international market research industry for 30+ years. He started to use Askia Software in 2001 and updates his Askia expertise on a monthly basis. Based on different roles he had in the industry (including Operations Director and then Panel Manager at Ipsos, Co-Founder at Client Research) and his expertise in Information System (Conservatoire des Arts et métiers Engineer), he knows the quantitative world of MR deeply (Scripting, Operations, Data processing, Panel Management).
Christine Caggia -- before joining Askia in 2000 as Scientific Director, Christine worked in different MR agencies as a scriptwriter, data processor and customer relationship manager. Her role is to facilitate the clients' complex methodologies and help them highlight the insights. Based on her expertise in market research and advanced statistics (Graduate in the Master of Econometry), she conveys her knowledge to users and helps them leverage their expertise with Askia. Christine continues to update her Askia skills on a daily basis working with both developers and clients.
Jérome Duparc -- before joining Askia as Design Product Manager in 2005, Jérome worked at BVA as a data processor and scriptwriter in CAPI, CATI and CAWI. His role at Askia is to evolve AskiaDesign according to the needs of the market research users. Based on his expertise in market research and statistics (Associate Degree in Statistics), he conveys his knowledge to advanced users and empowers their knowledge in Askia.
Irène Papin -- before joining Askia as a Support Engineer in 2010, Irène worked at BVA as a Project Manager in CAPI, CATI, CAWI. Her role is to support clients across all of the Askia products. Based on her expertise in Market Research, she conveys her knowledge to users and helps them to empower their expertise in Askia. She's updating her Askia skills on a daily basis working with developers and clients.
Seyf Altindal -- before joining Askia as technical support and Analyse product manager in 2013, Seyf worked in several UK Market research companies covering various research methodologies and roles such as project management, scripting and DP over his previous 9 years in the industry. Seyf works closely with the developers and users to maintain the highest quality and functionality in Askia's DP products.
Michael Brennan -- before joining Askia as a Support Engineer in 2015, Michael worked at Newegg.com as a Technical/Product Support agent, taking in-bound calls from enterprise customers looking for advice on what hardware to purchase or how to troubleshoot a specific piece of hardware (both Consumer-grade and Enterprise-grade hardware). He also has several years of School District I.T. experience. He now assists the rest of the Support team at Askia with customer-facing queries (advanced survey design/routing, field best practices, etc.), as well as helping Askia's I.T. team with our Coreix Data Centre and GCP environments (VM setup/maintenance, database setup/management, Active Directory user management, etc).
Jordan Grindle -- before joining Askia as a Support Engineer in 2015, he worked in the armed security field for Securitas LLC as a Crisis Response Officer. Presently, he uses his prior experience with guided training exercises to assist the Askia Support staff in matters regarding customer facing queries and issues. Other responsibilities include providing consultation services, training courses, and walkthrough demonstrations for prospective Askia clients.
Jamey Corriveau - Jamey has worked over 30 years in the survey and market research industry including 14 years at SPSS. His roles have included a variety of business and technical responsibilities, including Operations Vice President, Director of Product Marketing, Manager of Solutions Architects and as a Systems Engineer. He was instrumental in the training and rollout of the SPSS Dimensions solution around the globe. He has worked with many of the leading marketing research agencies, developing solutions on the SPSS Dimensions platform. As a consequence, Jamey has a uniquely deep understanding of both SPSS Dimensions and Askia, which is has proved invaluable when working with clients who have previously used SPSS and are now using Askia.
Matt Long - before joining Askia as a Key Account Manager in 2010, he worked in several different MR organisations, gaining over 30 years of experience in the industry in such roles as Director of Sampling Operations, Account Delivery Director, Data Quality Manager and Data Processing Manager. He uses his many years of experience to help new or existing clients to understand how the benefits of Askia's solutions can be applied within their business.
