Recover a interview
This option enables you to recover a contact when the contact is closed (success, abbandon, etc...)
To change the contact status :
Select the task in Supervisor module + clic right +/ Find- Edit contact.
Select the contact row + clic right + / Recover interview.
The contact status will be changed in "Unused"
If you want to allow the respondent (in web) or the agent (in cati) to reset the interview from a specific position ,
Select the contact row + click right +/Modify interview
Select the question + click right + /Resume web/cati interview here
And untick the completed status
Reset an interview
You've been asked to reset an interview already completed . This is meaning that the respondent will be able to fill complately a new interview
Select the task in Supervisor module , clic right , Find/ Edit contact.
Select the contact row , clic right / Reset interview
If you decide to keep the data , you'll have a duplicate Id contact in your data.
