Recover / Reset an interview
Recover an interview
This option enables you to recover a contact when the contact is closed (success, abandon, etc).
To change the contact status :
Select the task in the Supervisor module + right-click +/ Find- Edit contact.
Select the contact row + right-click + / Recover interview.
The contact status will be changed in "Unused".
If you want to allow the respondent (in AskiaWeb) or the agent (in CATI) to reset the interview from a specific position . . .
Select the contact row + right-click +/Modify interview
Select the question + right-click + /Resume web/cati interview here.
And untick the completed status . . .
Reset an interview
You've been asked to reset an interview already completed. This means that the respondent will be able to fill in a completely new interview.
Select the task in the Supervisor module, right-click, Find/ Edit contact.
Select the contact row, right-click / Reset interview.
If you decide to keep the data, then be aware that you will have a duplicate ID contact in your data.
