- Filtering (text/date/numeric) can be applied on items in most views.
- Moved settings to CCA database, so you can keep your settings independent of the machine
- Workspaces (old name: window profiles) work differently:
Instead of storing the current workspace ID, and forcing everybody to use the same workspaces, every supervisor now has his own workspace
This has following benefits:
- Each supervisor's workspace will be restored to is last when he logs on, independent of which machine he/she was working on last time
- The 'old' workspaces are now 'workspace presets', which allow you to change your own workspace to the saved workspace. After this you'll again be working in your own workspace.

- New outbound monitor on outbound group showing
- Chart with agent status distribution
- Important values to monitor predictive dialling
- See-in now uses a separate AgentMonitoringService as a proxy. The result is a big improvement in see-in reliability and security; The firewall compatibility should also be greatly improved.

The main change in this release will be the rewritten list handling: The list of numbers will no longer be completely loaded in Cca memory; Instead, the contacts will be read from the database as they are needed. Most of the changes and/or bug fixes are a direct result of this rewrite: issues which couldn't be handled until now will be fixes, and some small things have been changed because of the new method.
Requires gdiplus.dll on Win2000 and before in the program directory.

- enlarged the default size
- added dialog icons
- made resizeable
- added a horizontal scrollbar.

- 'modify interview' dialog didn't close when clicking the 'X' button.
- When editing a list schedule (type 'once'), the end time in the dialog is set to the current time.
- When creating/editing a list schedule, the end date is saved incorrectly in database. This end date will be lost when restarting Cca (the schedule will be handled & shown as if there was no end date)
- On the 'lists' tab of survey and outbound group properties, the modifications (activate/deactivate list) are lost when the list of lists refreshes (which happens when a list is modified in the background).
- Activate/deactivate agent could activate/deactivate wrong agents on multiple selection.
- Update task: when the import fields are no longer compatible with all lists, only the first list will be reported in the warning list.
- Modify interview
- Once you focus a numerical question with minimum and maximum, the interview was marked as modified even when it wasn't. (Issue #2255)
- If you have a numeric question without minimum and maximum, and you modify only the value of this question, the interview isn't marked as modified and won't be saved. (First remark in issue #2255)
- Allocate quota dialog: When spreading the values automatically, the spreading is now smoother (spreading 5 over 3 items generated 3 1 1, now it will generate 2 2 1)
- Script task: editing fields might cause duplicate fields in list.
- fixed incorrect behaviour of up/down arrows of sample size on quota dialog
- Survey Monitor - show appointments:
- right-click -> 'set to agent' now works (option wasn't implemented).
- When resizing, the hour moves but not the appointments.

Changes / New Features
- Store incomplete CATI interviews (survey properties).
- Removed 'delete appointment interview data if interview not used' option (survey & list properties, appointments tab). This option had no real benefit and could be dangerous: If you modify the callback options, and a previously over-callback number is called again, the appointment data would be lost.
- Send mail to complete list.
- Cati start-up state (pause, ready) is now configurable. This is done at the agent restriction.
- Added extra options for call results (therefore the 'user-defined call results' has been renamed to 'call result settings'):

The correct call result descriptions (default template, overridden template, user-defined call results) is now used in:
***** Default callback options.
***** Callback options tab on list & survey.
***** User defined call results.
- Overridden default call results template (template with ID -1) is now used on several other dialogs. This should overridden be the user defined call results (like #2), which will be implemented in 5.2.x:
***** List: 'numbers' property page.
***** List: Find number dialog.

***** It is possible to read, reply to, and forward all messages in the message view. Unread messages will be shown in bold.
***** Messages received by Supervisor will no longer be shown directly. Instead a message notification popup will be shown (similar to popups of MS Live Messenger or MS Outlook). If you click on this notification dialog, the message will be shown immediately.
***** Note: This feature has only be implemented in ODBC for now. If Cca is using an ADO connection for the statistic database, no statistics will be saved. The ADO implementation will be added in a later bèta version.
When sending a new message, the focus is set in the message textbox.
Redesigned the 'Filter View' dialog.
Several survey can now be overridden:
***** Callback options can be overridden on List
***** Appointment settings can be overridden on List
***** List setting can be overridden on Outbound Group
***** Dialling properties can be overridden on Outbound Group
Running a list in brief has been replaced by the 'brief mode' dialling property on task (overridable on outbound group). If you start a list, the agent will be in brief mode depending on his active dialling properties.
Task/Outbound group, 'Lists' tabpage
***** Lists can be activated/deactivated. If a list is disabled, Cca will act as if it's not linked to the survey.
***** The icons for the lists will change depending on the lists state).

The default callback options can now be viewed/edited in the menu options - default callback options. Note that the defaults are different for every supervisor (they are stored locally).
The icon of the outbound group will change depending on the state of the lists it's operating on: A different icon is used when one of the lists is running, and/or if the outbound group is in brief mode.
The 'no answer time' is now configurable for projects.
The property pages for projects, lists and outbound groups now have icons on them.
Added coding groups for post-coding surveys. Note that this is only for use of the AskiaField API, and will not be implemented in Cca/Supervisor.
The list view now shows the current size of every list in memory.
Added an alarm on maximum memory usage (see Menu 'extra' > 'alarm options' > 'Cca' tab). If the memory usage of Cca ('VM Size' in task manager / 'Private Bytes' in performance monitor) goes above the configured threshold, an alarm will be issued.
When a user attempts a memory-intensive task while there are memory alarms available, a warning is shown. Tasks with a possible memory warning are:
***** Start list
***** Run report
***** Define quota.
BugFixes

***** Added a shortcut menu to easily send messages to all agents, all logged-on agents or all logged-on agents.
***** Recipients are now assigned by checking the checkbox for each agent, instead of selecting them.
***** Agents are now sorted using the 'natural order'.
***** Modified agents status to 'Logged on' and 'logged off'.
When doing an 'update task', it is now possible to re-edit the task when there are warnings.

- Test surveys are now marked with an '*' asterisk in the web connections view
BugFixes
Fixed several (minor) memory leaks.
In some cases the connection to could be lost without the application it (e.g. when CCA unplugs the network cable). Until now these broken sockets where only discovered when trying to send data. By enabling the TCP keep-alive mechanism they will be discovered sooner (within 1 minute).
When sending very large files to CCA you could run out of memory.
Appointments dialog on Surveys/main menu:
***** When there are a lot of appointments (60+), they are no longer visible in the dialog (because the rectangles got a width of 0), and selecting them is impossible.
***** Missing icon
- When a report is run locally, some memory wasn't released until Supervisor closed.
- Some failed mailing states had an incorrect label. ('Failed dynamic filter', 'bad address' and 'no connection' where switched).
- Error when running report with single quotes in a formula. (also occurred when running a report on a Survey/List/Agent/… with an accent in the name)
- The progress-bar flickers a lot when waiting for a report to complete.
- End date from scheduling sample list begin at '1899-12-30'
- Delete agent > close and re-open group view > agent is back in inbound/capi group
- If you navigate (first/last/previous/next) in the 'modify interviews' dialog with a survey with no interviews, Supervisor crashes (note: happens in 5.1.4 and 5.1.5).
- Showing two connection dialogs when connection with Cca is lost.
- Logging for data socket was not working. Logging for the data socket is now labeled with DATA in the logfile.
- Completed count of a task is not updated when adding AskiaFace interviews.
- Column labels in Skills View where swapped.
- Fixed several small issues with file uploading to Cca. In certain cases the file could become corrupted, or the data socket could become unusable.
BugFixes
- The encrypted passwords where different in Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows CE and Windows XP or higher because of different encryption defaults in the operating systems. When using different operating systems for CCA the login failed with the error 'password incorrect'. This fixed version makes sure that for all operating systems the same password is generated as Windows XP and higher.
- Because of the same reason as above, using the 'encrypted connection' when CCA is running on a different operating system was impossible.
Changes / New Features

- Automatic update task after edit working copy (for surveys)
- Added 'Test Survey' option for web surveys, this will start a survey in test mode (completed interview will be deleted and won't be sent to CCA)
BugFixes
- If Cca log is modified while sending the file to supervisor, the datasocket can be broken.
- When the 'Check CCA log file' message dialog is shown from another thread than the main thread, strange things happen.
- Slow startup with many agents/lists/surveys (interface hangs for several seconds).
- Problems when creating a list when external name has more than 50 characters.
- Using special fields in sampling filter when creating a new list didn't work (both testing and creating).
BugFixes
- When double clicking on a web connection, the list with surveys didn't always appear. (you had to double click on an interview).
- When a WebProd survey has a CCA survey ID which doesn't exist, an error message is shown. When you dismiss the error, the same message is immediately shown. The only way to stop Supervisor is to kill the process.
- Fixed an issue where it was impossible to modify an Interview if you only had one Agent
- Fixed an issue on the 'Last Call' stats
Changes / New Features
Id for an outbound group is also visible.
Added restriction for 'Send Message' function an Supervisor.

- Added an extra field 'description' to the survey properties. Note: this field will be used as description when adding a survey to WebProd with CCA.
- Show warning 'overview possibly changed' message only when overview is visible.
BugFixes
- Record count for the sampling filter isn't always updated when editing the filter.
- Empty screen's after an update with a qex.
- Several views allowed selection of multiple items when they shouldn't.
- Errors during writing recordings
- Error in log on startup when no Window Profiles exist.
- Restrictions window showed incorrect data after an update.
- When a web connection disconnects while the survey properties is open, the WebProd tab kept showing 'online' as status.
