Version 5.4.2.1 (17/06/2016)
- Removed 'analyze live data' from CCA
- Removed 'qes file' interview storage
- If the default survey is using this type of interview storage, it is changed to 'SQL Server'
- Any survey using this type of interview storage is converted to the interview storage of the default survey. The data is imported.
- The survey no longer maintains a qes file, which makes the 'survey path' irrelevant. So for existing surveys this property is no longer displayed.
- The 'external qes management' setting has been removed, because it is no longer used. All remaining qes actions (convert to qex, import, export) are always executed using an external process.
- Extra data can now be added for a call in statistic_call
- a regular CTArchitect call will include additinal telecom info (channel number, codec, etc)
- virtual calls for recordings imported through the API will include import data
- It is now possible to get call details for an ongoing call
- call details now include extra call info (from CTArchitect or import data)
