AskiaFace: two differences between Smartphones and Tablets

With the release of AskiaFace Android 3.3.0 (and available since the version 3.0 on Askiaface iOS), we have a fully compatible smartphone version.
However, two options are not handled on the smartphone side and only available on tablet:
- Orientation
- Kiosque Mode
The device detection is based on the screen size for Android, and the Model ID for iOS.
For Android, a size of 7' (or above) sets the AskiaFace application for Tablets.
