Every single VoIP call (agent-CTArchitect, supervisor-CTArchitect or CTArchitect-Phone network) requires a certain amount of bandwidth. The requirement mainly depends on two factors:
- Chosen codec with compression (G.729) or not (G.711).
- Voice activity detection (VAD).
The voice bandwidth usage would be as follows (with more information here):
