There is a way to have the passwords in clear into CallCenter.Agents db, into the old “Password” field, next to the EncryptedPassword field.
For this, you need to:
1/ create a new entry into the CallCenter.GeneralSettings table.
Description=Keep agent unencrypted passwords
2/ Restart you cca
Now, when you create an agent from the Cca interface, you will have the password in clear and the encrypted password.
